One month from departure....  !!!!  Are we excited??

Have a current passport?

Things to start thinking about.
     Pack only what you need.
     Update all your prescriptions.
     Start walking, and breaking in walking shoes as needed.

Our final planning meeting is on May 11, 2019.  Starts at 1pm.  Meeting at the Great Plains Service Center Gold/Silver Conference Room.

From EVERY traveler, we need to obtain a copy of the front and barcode page of your passports plus an extra passport photo.  These will be returned to you on our flight back to the US on 6 June.   I also need to obtain $76 from EVERY traveler except the Metzgers/Tewes; Nilsons; Gonzalez/Baum families for the trip tips.   

I would like to ask for one or two scouts to volunteer to bring their suitcase already packed for the trip so we can use this as a visual aide as we talk about packing and packing tips.
